Renaissance School of Therapeutic Massage is proud of the all different techniques and modalities our students learn! Why not be adventurous and try something new? Below is a list of different massages you might want to try. If you are not completely happy with your choice, come back and we will give you $10.00 off your next massage.

Student Therapist – $25.00 / hour
Graduate Therapist – $30.00 / hour
Licensed Therapist – $35.00 / hour
Professional Therapist – $45.00 – $50.00 / hour
(not all students are trained in all modalities)

Specialized Modalities (extra fees may apply)

Rain Drop Therapy – Utilizes various essential oils to relax and stimulate the body. (additional fee of $10 for essential oils)
Hot Stone Therapy – Utilizes hot stones placed on the body for relaxation. (additional fee of $20 for oils and 1 1/2 hour massage)

General Modalities

Cranial – Energy work focused on the head to align a person’s total body energy.
Deep Tissue – Thorough massage that works deep into the muscle tissue.
Lite Touch – Stimulates acupressure points to balance the energy of the body.
Lymph – Filters out toxins within the lymph system and promotes a healthy immune system.
Meridians – Focuses on the flow of energy through the body connected to different meridians or organs.
Polarity – Massage to balance the body physically & energetically.
Reflexology – Work on different systems of the body through their connection with the feet.
SER – Massage and verbal energy used to release emotional cysts and emotional trauma.
Shiatsu – Japanese finger pressure used to increase circulation.
Sport Massage – Used for prevention and treatment of injuries due to athletic activities.
Touch for Health – Eases the discomfort of common aches and pains through acupressure.
Trigger Point – Deep pressure applied to stress points to release affected tissue.
Tuina – Chinese term meaning “push-pull”. Includes various techniques to open up meridian pathways and increase energy.
Visceral – Focuses on maintaining the balance and correct function of various organs
